How our pricing works
Every repair is priced from a flat-rate book, not a stopwatch. Your tech diagnoses the issue ($89, credited toward the repair), shows you the price for the fix, and only starts when you say go. If we find something else along the way, you get a new number to approve — never a bigger bill you didn't agree to.
Repairs
Most A/C and furnace repairs land between $150 and $700 depending on the part. The $89 diagnostic always counts toward the work, so you never pay to be told what's wrong and then pay again to fix it.
New systems and installs
Installs start with a free in-home estimate. Rosa measures, checks your ducts, and sizes the system to your house — not to a commission target. You get good/better/best options in writing with total installed prices and available rebates, valid for 30 days.
Tune-ups and memberships
Seasonal tune-ups are $99. Comfort Club members ($199/yr) get both annual tune-ups included, 15% off every repair, priority scheduling, and zero diagnostic fees — it pays for itself the first time something breaks.
