What we collect, why, and what we'll never do with it.
What we collect
Your name, phone, email, service address, and the service history you build with us — plus notes you add to a booking and messages you send the concierge or instant-estimate tools. Basic first-party usage analytics (which pages get visited, when a booking completes) stay on our own server.
Why we collect it
To schedule and perform work at your home, keep an accurate equipment history so future visits are faster, remind you about seasonal maintenance you've asked for, and improve the site. AI features (instant estimate, dispatch chat) process the text you type solely to answer you.
What we never do
We never sell your data. We never share it with advertisers or data brokers. We don't run third-party ad trackers on this site.
Who we share with
Only what's operationally required: payment processing when you pay, equipment manufacturers when we register your warranty, and Xcel Energy when we file a rebate on your behalf — each gets the minimum needed.
Security & retention
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS), passwords are stored as salted PBKDF2 hashes, and service records are kept while your account is active. Email us at privacy@truenorthdenver.com to review or delete your data.
