Terms of Service
The plain-English rules for using this site and booking our services.
Booking
A booking reserves a service window and is confirmed by our dispatch team. You can cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 4 hours before the window (24 hours for scheduled installs).
Estimates
Instant estimates and ballpark figures from the AI tools are informational, not binding quotes. Your firm, flat-rate price is presented in person before work begins — that written figure is the only price that binds either of us.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is complete unless you're on an approved financing plan. Comfort Club memberships bill annually and can be cancelled any time; unused tune-ups from the current term stay valid.
Guarantees & warranties
Our workmanship guarantees are described on the guarantees page and in your invoice. Manufacturer warranties are governed by the manufacturer's terms; we register them on your behalf.
Accounts
Keep your login private. You're responsible for activity under your account; we're responsible for keeping it secure on our end.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the booking system, the AI tools, or attempt to access other customers' data. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
We carry full liability insurance and stand behind our work per the guarantees above. To the extent permitted by Colorado law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service at issue.
