While you wait
For no-heat: check the thermostat batteries, the furnace switch (it looks like a light switch), and your breaker panel. For no-cool: check the breaker and make sure the outdoor unit isn't iced over. Your dispatcher will walk you through it — sometimes we can save you the visit.
